McCOMBS, Albert James - Funeral services for Albert James McCOMBS, 68, who died Sep. 30 in a local hospital were held today at 2 p.m. at Wasco Congregational Church. The Reverend B.C. Barrett officiated and Flickinger-Digler was in charge of arrangements. Graveside services were conducted at Greenlawn Memorial Park by the F and AM Lodge No. 583 of Wasco. Mr. McCombs was a well-known rancher and merchant in the Wasco area. He had been a resident of Wasco for 43 years. he is survived by his widow Winifred D. McCOMBS of Wasco; a son Albert James MCCOMBS Jr., Wasco, a daughter Edna May DeVOE of Wasco; two grandchildren, Teddy and Jimmy DeVOE of Wasco; two brothers, Jack McCOMBS of Hughson and E. O. McCOMBS of Turlock; two sisters, Mrs. Mamie SHELDON and Mrs. Bessie BROLIN of Hughson.
